emqEn esta opotunidad se presenta un caso de edema macular cistoideo secundario a cirugía de catarata, que fue tratado con el difluprednate al 0.05% (Durezol), el cual es un corticosteroide de uso tópico y que tiene potente efecto antiinflamatorio.  Esta droga ha sido aprobada recientemente por la FDA para su uso en oftalmología.
