La cirugía de cataratas en diabéticos es técnicamente más desafiante debido a una serie de factores que incluyen una dilatación deficiente de la pupila intraoperatoria y un mayor riesgo de complicaciones que amenacen la visión. Este estudio evalúa la seguridad y eficacia de una combinación intracameral de 2 midriáticos y 1 anestésico (Mydrane) para la cirugía de cataratas en pacientes con diabetes tipo 2 bien controlada.
