Estudio que evalúa el papel de las lágrimas artificiales de baja y alta viscosidad en la mejoría de las molestias postoperatorias en la cirugía de catarata. Concluye que el 100% de los pacientes expresan mayor satisfacción con los sustitutos de la lágrima de alta viscosidad.
