Se determina la variabilidad fenotípica en cuanto a mejor agudeza visual corregida, hallazgos angiográficos, electrofisiológicos y campimétricos en pacientes con enfermedad de Stargardt, con mutaciones confirmadas en gen ABCA4. Esta serie de casos demuestra una correlación novedosa entre genotipo/fenotipo en pacientes con enfermedad de Stargardt, que pudiera ser muy útil en el abordaje de estos pacientes.
