Oscilación mecánica
Consiste en la aplicación terapéutica de vibraciones mecánicas en determinadas partes del cuerpo. La fuente de vibración puede ser manual, pero habitualmente proviene de una fuente electromecánica, accionada casi seimpre por pequeños motores. En esencia,la vibración produce drenaje y arrastre de líquidos, hace circular mejor la sangre, la linfa y los líquidos intersticiales y favorece la expulsión de toxinas.
